Brazilian Brown sugars
Brown Sugar Substitutes are alternatives for brown sugar such as Muscovado sugar.
Brown sugars are produced by directly boiling brown sugar syrup, or by mixing white sugar with various amounts of molasses. It is an unrefined cane sugar from which the molasses has not been removed. More so, Brown sugars tend to accumulate because they contain more moisture than white sugars, allowing baked goods to retain moisture well and remain chewy.
